We took an impromptu trip out to the beach Saturday! The weather was great, the waves were lovely, the jelly fish sunbathed in abundance, and Pixie imagined her life force to be snuffed out by every passing canine. Generally, a good time was had by all.
Pixie enjoyed playing fetch with any object she stumbled across, as evidenced here as she picks up a broken shell to convince Daddy to throw for her.
When he does not respond quickly enough, she flings it at his feet and barks demandingly.
She is well-practiced in posing for pictures.
After the beach we drove back by the Tillamook Cheese Factory, enjoying many curd samples that squeaked in our teeth and gobbling up some of their famous Tillamook ice cream, home-made caramel, and beef sticks. Yummy!
I was a little tired on the way home...

I'm glad we're finally getting a sleeping shot of you! Dave must be super excited about it.
Oh, i so miss the Oregon coast. Enjoy it for us!! Hope to see you guys in November.
